My Dvija Moringa Pasta
Ingredients- Ragi flour, Moringa powder, wheat flour & salt.. (A sachet of masala contains – ginger, onion, tomato, clove etc -plz adjust it’s use as spice requirement)
Benefits- Its an immunity booster, brain booster, high protein, helps to improve bone strength
It improves to boost your health.
*How to cook- Take 4 cups water, allow it to boil, add raw pasta with few drops of oil. after 7-10min remove pasta. Take another pan- roast wheat flour (1/2tsp) and then add water/ milk. Sauce is ready. now add cooked pasta. you can add sautéed vegetables. spice mix (as per taste), add noodles and allow it to cook for 8-10min. can be made in any sauces very good in taste.
You can also try your own sauce recipe. Do add sautéed vegetables.
Age group- 6+month till any age group Caution -Store it in air tight container and away from water.
