Content of Course-
It's a 16 live online session course with gift of two books & lots of pregnancy special recipes - ( High protein, maintain blood sugar levels, to increase haemoglobin etc. )
8 Sessions of fitness , strengthening, pelvic workout , vaginal preparation & core muscles.
4 Sessions of meditation, chantings, Mudra & pranayama
