My dvija Natural Multi millet Noodles
Ingredients- Kodo millet ,finger millet, little millet ,jawar millet, wheat flour and salt.. (A sachet of masala contains – ginger, onion, tomato, clove etc -plz adjust it’s use as spice requirement) Benefits- Millets are powerhouse of nutrients ,phosphorus, magnesium, copper and manganese.
It improves to boost your health.
*How to cook- Take 4 cups water, allow it to boil, add spice mix (as per taste), add noodles and allow it to cook for 8-10min. can be made in any sauces very good in taste. Do add sauted vegetables.
Age group- 6+month till any age group Caution -Store it in air tight container and away from water.
