My dvija Natural Multi millet Pasta..
Ingredients- Kodo millet ,finger millet, little millet ,jawar millet, wheat flour and salt..
(A sachet of masala contains – ginger, onion, tomato, clove etc -please adjust it’s use as spice requirement)
Benefits – Millets are powerhouse of many nutrients.
How to cook– Take 4 cups water, allow it to boil, add raw pasta with few drops of oil. After 7-10min cooking remove pasta from water. Take another pan, make sauce of your choice (roasted flour & water) ,add spice mix (as per require), Do add sauteed vegetables.
Age group– 6+mnth till any age group Caution -Store it in air tight container and away from water
