Dvija Nutrie Daliya
Ingredients : -Husk wheat , bajra, Rajgira [Amaranth], nachani[ragi],
Ajwain, sesame seed ,cumin seeds ,whole green moong, rice
How to make :- 1]In a pressure cooker pour 1table spoon ghee,
cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, add 1 table spoon daliya ,
grated veggies[any vegetables of ur choice] saute for 2-3 mins.
Add 70ml water.Take4-5whistles.Let it cool a little ,pour ghee and
it’s ready to serve.
2]In a vessel add 60ml water ,bring the water to boil.Add 1 table spoon
daliya ,jaggrey according to taste .Let it boil for 7-9 min.
Serve with little bit of ghee
[Optional-can add 1 table spoon dahi/curd in both the methods]
Caution – store it in air tight container and keep away from water
