*DAL DHOKLI*
For dough
Take wheat flour 1/4 cup
Add haldi, jeera powder, coriader leaves finely chopped and ajwain for above 1 yr. Make a little hard dough than normal rest for 20-30 min
For daal
Take mix dal ( moong both- green and yellow and masoor dal) 1/2 cup pressure cook for 4 whistle
Take dough make roti and cut in shapes which u like
Take a kadhai add ghee 2tsp
Add jeera powder, lasun cloves, curry leaves, haldi and stir for 30 sec add water 1/2 cup take a boil then add dhokli and let it cook at last add daal and jaggery pinch of black salt if reqd
Take a boil
And its ready to serve with 4-5 lemon drops
