Ingredients – sprouted nachni (ragi), sprouted wheat, husk moong daal, brown rice, cardamom powder, almond.
How to use:-
1)Method 1- take 2 tbs of Satvik mix in a bowl. Boil 80ml of water. Pour the boiling water in bowl, mix well and keep the bowl aside for 10 mins.
The Satvik mix is ready to be served
Method 2- In a vessel pour a tea spoon pure ghee. Toast Satvik mix in that ghee. Pour a 80ml of water bring it to boil. Add any fruit of ur choice or jaggery (salt can be an option if the child is above 1year).
Serve warm with 1tea spoon ghee.
